Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, we process it quickly to get it to you as fast as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately atinfo@saltsandswim.com. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched.
I ordered a pre-order and in-stock item. When will they arrive?
If you've ordered both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll ship your order once the pre-order item is available. If you'd prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, please contact us, and we'll send you an invoice for the additional postage to ship them right away.
I ordered a pre-order item but changed my mind. Can I cancel?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders, but if you’d like to change your pre-order to a different size or style, please talk to us ASAP and we’ll do our best to assist you.
I ordered a pre-order item, but it's taking too long. Can I cancel?
Pre-order items have an estimated delivery time, but please note that these are subject to change. Due to the nature of pre-sale transactions, delays may occur. Our customer care team will notify you of any unexpected delays. Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders, so please review these conditions before placing your order.
As a reminder, we are not a fast-fashion brand, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion, in which case a refund will be issued.
I received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?

I ordered the wrong size/style. Can I exchange it?
We can help exchange the item if the correct size/style is in stock. If not, you can choose an alternative item or receive store credit, as we do not offer refunds. Please follow our Return Policy to initiate the return process.
What if the item I ordered doesn’t fit properly?

How do I know if a swimsuit will fit me well?

Do the bikini tops have padding?
Yes, our underwire bikini bra tops come with removable padding, allowing you to customise the level of support and comfort to suit your preference. For specific details, please refer to the individual product description.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia, but we may offer international shipping in the future. For domestic shipping details, including rates and delivery times, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. While we can ship to PO Boxes, we recommend using a physical address to ensure quicker delivery and avoid any potential delays.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within a specified timeframe, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please visit our Return Policy for details on how to process a return.
How do I return an item?
To return an item for store credit, please follow the instructions on our Returns page. You must return items in their original condition and within the allowed time frame to qualify for store credit.
I received a damaged or faulty item. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via email, including a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the matter by sending a replacement or issuing a refund if the item is out of stock.
What fabric is the swimwear made of?
Our swimwear is typically made from a blend of nylon, recycled nylon, spandex, polyester, and elastane, offering durability, stretch, and comfort. For more specific fabric details, please refer to the individual product description for accurate information on each style.
How do I care for my swimsuit?
To keep your swimsuit in the best condition, rinse it with fresh water after swimming in a pool or the ocean to remove chlorine or salt. Avoid wringing it out and dry it flat away from direct sunlight. For full care instructions, please check our Care Guide.
Can I wear my swimsuit in a hot tub or pool?
While it’s fine to wear your swimsuit in the pool or hot tub, we recommend rinsing it off with fresh water afterward to help preserve the fabric and color. Chlorine and saltwater can cause wear and tear over time, so it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure.
How can I track my order?
