Exchanges & Returns

At Salt Sand Swim, we want you to love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

How to Return:

To request a return for store credit, simply use our returns portal.

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of Mind
• Size Exchanges
• Style Changes

Returns will be processed as store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Please Note: We will make every effort to exchange your item for the same one; however, due to stock turnover, we cannot guarantee availability once your return is processed.

Store Credit Details:

• All approved returns will be issued a store credit valid for 12 months.
• Store credit can be used on any future purchase online.

Return Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to submit a return request.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and hygiene liners still attached
• No signs of wear (including stains, odours, or perfumes)

If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot accept your return and will send the item back to you at your expense.

Return Shipping:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Once you’ve submitted your return request through our portal, you’ll receive an email with instructions to pay for return shipping and a prepaid return label.
• Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post location.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.

Important: Salt Sand Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping. If you opt for Shipping Protection at checkout, you’ll be covered for loss, damage, or theft of your return.

Final Sale Items:

• All items in our SALE section are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale or Discounted Items:

• If you purchased an item during a sale or promotion, your return will be credited at the amount you paid for the item, not the original price.
• Any replacement item will be charged at the current price on our website at the time of repurchase.

First Order Discount:

If you used a launch discount code for your first order and wish to return the item, we’ll honour your $15 discount when issuing store credit. Please contact our Customer Service Queens for a new welcome code, which can be used with your store credit.

Shipping Protection:

At checkout, you have the option to add Shipping Protection for just $1.80. This covers any loss, damage, or theft of your parcel during transit. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, Salt Sand Swim is not liable for any issues that may occur.
